When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card is charged at the time you place your order. Our system is inventory-based, which means if we have it in stock you can order the item. If we are out of stock on the item, you will not be able to order it. If the situation arises that we are out of an item you ordered, you will be notified and we will credit your account for that item.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item I have ordered?

To return or exchange an item, send your invoice with the package to: Penguin Shoppe 108 Madison Street, St. Louis, MO 63102. Please send information about the merchandise to be returned or exchanged and indicate if you are returning the item for a refund or exchanging it for a different color or size. Please fill out the return exchange form that is included in your original package. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Prices are subject to change without notice. You have 30 days to return or exchange an item. If the item purchased was a gift during the holiday season you have 30 days starting January 1 to make any returns or exchanges.

I did not receive the item I ordered?

Please contact us immediately at (440) 328-4301 or at and we will work with you on sending out the correct item or size. When the item arrives, your package will also include a return shipping label for returning the incorrect item. You will incur no additional expense on your part for an error made on our part.


Overnight & Second Day shipping.

You choose your shipping method and must place your order by 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, to be shipped via overnight or Second Day Air. If your order is placed after 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, it will be shipped the following day. Please remember that our UPS shipping choices do not include delivery on Saturday or Sunday. If you place an order on a Friday, and request Next Day shipping, your order would arrive on Monday, Second Day Air would arrive on Tuesday, weather permitting and according to UPS guidelines.

How are packages shipped at Penguin Shoppe?

We can ship your order three ways through UPS: Ground, Second Day or Next Day.
We also ship packages with USPS.

How will I know if my order has shipped?

Once we receive your order, we will fill and ship it according to your shipping instructions. Orders received prior to 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time where there is a request for Next Day or Second Day deliveries are filled and shipped immediately. All regular ground  are usually filled and shipped within 72 hours (3 days) Monday through Friday. We update your order when it ships, and you will receive an e-mail letting you know your order has shipped as well as your tracking number for your package.


I'm having trouble adding an item to my bag.

Be sure you have made a selection from the size or color drop-down boxes and also filled in the quantity field.  After you have made your selection, be sure to click on the Add to Bag button.
